The Ministry Romanian Foreign Affairs has submitted the notice to grant 85 scholarships offered by the Romanian state, for the academic year 2011-2012.

The scholarships are available to citizens of countries not part of the European Union and awarded to undergraduate and graduate students in public universities in Romania through an assessment of merits alleged organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania and Ministry of Education, Research, Youth and Sports of Romania.

Recipients of such grants studied only in Romanian. For candidates who do not speak Romanian, a preparatory year is provided for additional study of the Romanian language.

The deadline for submitting the necessary documentation for nominations is April 8, 2011.
