Felicia Mihali in Spain, the Semaine de la Francophonie

The Romanian Cultural Institute collaborates with the French Embassy and the French Institute in the framework of the Week de la Francophonie, at events organized both in Seville and Madrid, from 14 to 20 March 2011. The main guest of the ICR is one of the young Romanian writers Francophone - Felicia Mihali - who comes to Spain from northern Canada, populated by people who speak both French, Innu as Indians.
