"Phantasmagoria" in The Night of Theater 2011


On 26 March World Theatre Day, the Community of Madrid held the fifth edition of The Night of Theater, a long day of drama, dance and music, various activities and different performing arts that are spread over many parts of the city. this occasion will be presented on the 26th March at 21.30 at the Centro Cultural Eduardo Úrculo (Plaza Donoso, 5), the spectacle of pantomime "Phantasmagoria" by the Romanian company Passe Partout DP, which recalls the Romanian myths and symbols through a non-verbal language, that needs no translation. "Phantasmagoria" is a fantasy, a comic marriage of music, dance and hopes, a strange and magical tale, which mixes the nostalgia of a Russian film with the genius of the Romanian shenanigans. The four actors, with a refined technique and expressive body awareness millimeter accompany the public on a beautiful winter journey in a space fantasy, of dreams.
